摘 要:数字技术推动制造业企业的巨大变革,为制造业企业数字化能力的提升提供了契机。当今国际形势复杂严峻,制造业作为数字经济与实体经济深度融合的主战场,行业竞争空前加剧,如何通过新的模式提升我国制造业企业数字化能力具有重要意义。结合质性和量化方法,通过对浙江省内6家制造业企业进行半结构化访谈,运用扎根理论并结合已有研究框架、文献提炼出制造业企业数字化能力提升的关键影响因素,进一步选取中国数字经济产业中的59家制造业企业作为案例样本,通过模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法对关键影响因素进行组态分析。研究发现:(1)企业数字化能力存在5个影响因素,即技术基础设施、技术管理、企业数字化重视程度、企业创新战略及营商环境。(2)组态条件间的不同组合形成了5条制造业企业数字化能力提升的等效路径,具有“殊途同归”的特点。根据核心条件的不同,可以进一步归纳为4类提升模式,即技术驱动型、技术—组织型、组织驱动型以及技术—环境复合型。研究发现对揭示不同技术、组织、环境条件下制造业企业的数字化能力提升路径具有重要的理论与实践意义。Digital technology promotes the great transformation of manufacturing enterprises,and provides opportunities for the improvement of manufacturing enterprises’digital capabilities.In the face of a complex and severe international circumstances,the manufacturing industry,as the main battlefield for the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,faces an unprecedentedly unprecedented competition.As the main battlefield of the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy,the manufacturing industry is unprecedentedly intensified.It is of great significance how to improve the digital capabilities of China’s manufacturing enterprises through new models.This study takes the"Technology—Organization—Environment"(TOE)framework as an anchor to explore the impact of the linkage and matching of factors affecting the digitalization capability of manufacturing enterprises in different aspects on the digitalization capability of manufacturing enterprises.This study combines qualitative and quantitative methods conduting semi-structured interviews with six manufacturing enterprises,and uses grounded theory combined with existing research frameworks and literature to extract the key influencing factors for the improvement of manufacturing enterprises’digital capabilities.What is more,our research selects 59 manufacturing enterprises in China’s digital economy industry as samples,and the configuration analysis of key influrencing factors is carried out through Fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis(fsQCA)technology.The research has investigated that:(1)There are five factors affecting the digital capability of enterprises,includingtechnological infrastructure,technological management,the degree of emphasis on enterprise digitalization,enterprise innovation strategy and business environment;(2)The five equivalent paths of digital capability improvement formed by different combinations of configuration conditions have the characteristics of"all roads lead to Rome".According to the diff
