摘  要:提出了一种圆柱齿轮槽孔消隙减振结构。利用动力学软件Adams,对不同尺寸的槽孔、侧隙齿轮进行了振动加速度仿真,通过傅里叶变换和相关功率谱估计法,得到了振动加速度频谱图和功率谱图;设计了三因素三水平正交试验表,以啮合频率角加速度幅值作为正交试验的评价指标,获得了相对最优的参数设计方案;通过振动测试,验证了所提减振结构设计的有效性。槽孔结构能使齿轮振动加速度下降约20%~33%,试验与仿真结果相近。在槽孔松弛约束下,负侧隙对振动具有明显的抑制作用。A kind of clearance elimination and vibration reduction structure of cylindrical gear slot holes is proposed. The vibration acceleration of slotted and backlash gears with different sizes is simulated using the dynamics software Adams. The vibration acceleration spectrum and power spectrum are obtained by Fourier transform and correlation power spectrum estimation method. A three-factor and three-level orthogonal test table is designed. Taking the amplitude of angular acceleration of meshing frequency as the evaluation index of orthogonal tests, the relatively optimal parameter design scheme is obtained. The effectiveness of the proposed damping structure design is verified by vibration tests. The slot structure can reduce the gear vibration acceleration by about 20%-33%, and the test results are similar to the simulation results. Under the constraint of slot relaxation, the negative backlash has an obvious inhibitory effect on the vibration.
