摘 要:采用喷油方式进行润滑的星形人字齿轮箱内的流场分布非常复杂,针对其流动仿真分析存在很多困难。基于光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法,建立了喷油润滑的星形人字齿轮箱内流场粒子仿真模型,获得了齿轮箱内不同截面位置处的油气两相分布特性,对比分析了不同齿轮转速和喷油速度条件下的流场油液分布和速度分布。结果表明,油液在齿轮轴方向上不同截面位置处滑油流场分布有明显不同,齿轮箱中间截面位置处分布的油液量最多,且在太阳轮、行星轮与喷油口之间的区域出现了局部涡流现象;齿轮转速和喷油速度对齿轮箱内的油液分布均有较大影响。The flow field distribution in the star herringbone gearbox lubricated by oil injection is very complex,and there are many difficulties in the flow simulation analysis.Based on the smooth particle hydrodynamics(SPH)method,the particle simulation model of the flow field in the star herringbone gearbox with oil injection lubrication is established,and the oil-gas two-phase distribution characteristics at different cross-section positions in the gearbox are obtained.The oil-liquid distribution and velocity distribution of flow field under different gear speeds and oil injection speeds are compared and analyzed.The results show that the oil flow field distribution is obviously different at different cross-section positions in the gear shaft direction,the oil flow in the middle cross-section position of the gearbox is the largest,and the local eddy current phenomenon occurs in the area between the solar wheel,planetary wheel and oil injection port.The gear speed and oil injection speed have great influence on the oil distribution in the gearbox.
