承德市提升森林草原防灭火科学防控水平措施探讨

摘　　要：承德是京津冀水源涵养功能区和京津重要生态环境支撑区,全市有林地面积237066.67hm^(2),森林覆盖率60.03%,林木蓄积量1.02亿m^(3),草地总面积455313.33 hm^(2),拥有各类自然保护地63处,全市7县1市3区均为“国家Ⅰ级火险县级单位”。为落实好“防火责任重于泰山,要坚持安全第一”目标,将森林草原资源保护好、管理好,承德狠抓“五不”格局,坚决筑牢首都生态“护城河”。Chengde is the water conservation functional domain of Beijing-Tianjin and Hebei and an important ecological environment support area of Beijing-Tianjin.The forest area of the city is 2370666.67 hm^(2),the forest coverage rate is 60.03%,the forest stock volume is 102 million cubic meters,the total grassland area is 455313.33 hm^(2),there are 63 kinds of natural protection areas,and 7 counties,1 city and 3 districts in the city are"national grade I fire risk county units".In order to well implement the goal of"the responsibility for fire prevention is heavier than Mount Tai",effectively protect and manage forest and grassland resources,Chengde adheres to the pattern of"five noesH,and resolutely build a solid ecological "moat" for the capital.
