摘 要:使用六次甲基四胺、硼酸、碳化硼、木材液化物,以较简单方法制备出具有一定可纺性的高邻位硼改性热塑性木材液化物树脂。硼酸可与六次甲基四胺、木材液化物发生化学反应,使硼氧键引入纺丝液,有效改善了纺丝液的化学结构,纺丝液邻对位比最高可达2.82,软化点提升至77℃;碳化硼不与纺丝液发生反应,以物理方式与纺丝液混合。硼化物添加量越多,纺丝液耐热性越好,当硼酸、碳化硼添加量为4%时残炭率可达42.22%、41.40%,但会使纺丝液的可纺性变差。当硼酸、碳化硼添加量3%时,可获得耐热性、纺丝性俱佳的硼改性木材液化物纺丝液。Using hexamethylenetetramine,boric acid,boron carbide,and liquefied wood,a high ortho-boron modified thermoplastic resin with spinnability was prepared by a simple method.Boric acid can chemically react with hexamethylenetetramine and liquefied wood so that boron-oxygen bonds are introduced into the precursors,which effectively improves the chemical structure of the precursors,the Ortho/para(0/P)ratios of boron modified precursor can reach up to 2.82 and the softening point can raise to 77℃;boron carbide does not react with the spinning solution and is physically mixed with the precursors.The higher the amount of boride added,the better the heat resistance of the spinning solution.When the amount of boric acid and boron carbide added is 4%,the residual carbon rate can reach 42.22%and 41.40%,but the spinnability of the precursors will deteriorate.When the addition amount of boric acid and boron carbide is 3%,a boron-modified wood liquefaction spinning solution with excellent heat resistance and spinnability can be obtained.
