手参愈伤组织培养及再生体系建立的研究进展

摘　　要：手参属于兰科的手参属植物,是一门名贵的蒙药材,亦是中医与藏医常用的药材。但因为其野生资源稀缺并且过度采挖,无法满足市场需求,组织培养技术具有繁殖系数高,育种周期短,经济方便等优点,故建立一套有效的手参组织培养技术以提高其经济价值是至关重要的。该文综述关于手参组织培养及再生体系建立等方面的研究进展,包括外植体的选择,培养基和激素的配置,以及在组培过程中会出现的污染与褐化等问题,以期为手参的深入研究提供参考依据。Gymnadenia conopsea belongs to the genus Gymnadenia Ginseng of Orchidaceae. It is a valuable Mongolian medicine and a commonly used medicine in traditional Chinese medicine and Tibetan medicine. However, due to its scarcity of wild resources and over-mining, it cannot meet the market demand. The tissue culture technology has the advantages of high reproduction coefficient, short breeding cycle, economic convenience and so on. Therefore, it is very important to establish a set of effective tissue culture techniques of Gymnadenia conopsea to improve its economic value. This paper reviews the research progress on tissue culture and the establishment of regeneration system of Gymnadenia conopsea, including the selection of explants, the configuration of culture medium and hormones, and the problems of pollution and browning in the process of tissue culture, in order to provide a reference basis for the further study of Gymnadenia conopsea.
