乡村振兴背景下少数民族地区农村生态环境综合治理的困境与路径探究——以广西壮族自治区桂平县X村为例

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略深层次持续推进,农村生态环境综合治理工作的探索与创新已经迫在眉睫。当前广西少数民族农村生态环境综合治理各主体存在观念转变滞后、缺乏正确引导、自身意识薄弱和制度建设不完善等现实困境。基于此,以乡村振兴为总抓手提出具有针对性的治理路径,推进农村生态环境综合治理的成效,对于打造现代化农村进而推动我国整个乡村振兴战略的进程具有一定的理论意义和实践意义。With the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy, the exploration and innovation of the comprehensive management of the rural ecological environment is extremely urgent. At present, there are some practical difficulties in the comprehensive management of rural ecological environment of ethnic minorities in Guangxi, such as lagging behind in concept change, lack of correct guidance, weak self-consciousness and imperfect system construction. Based on this, taking the revitalization of the rural area as the total focus, this paper puts forward a targeted governance path to promote the effectiveness of the comprehensive management of the rural ecological environment. It has certain theoretical and practical significance for building a modern rural area and then promoting the process of the whole rural revitalization strategy in our country.
