摘  要:依托西成铁路甘青隧道大变形控制工程,针对高地应力深埋隧道存在的围岩破碎、抗压强度低、围岩变形量大等特点,提出综合采用超前地质预报、光面爆破、微台阶开挖、小导管超前支护、提高初期支护钢度、加长锚杆和围岩注浆等措施,有效解决复杂地质环境下破碎围岩大变形控制难题,达到降低隧道施工风险,提高施工质量,保障施工人员生命安全的目的,以期为同类型的隧道工程掘进和支护方式提出有价值的参考。Relying on the large deformation control project of Ganqing Tunnel in Xicheng Railway,aiming at the characteristics of surrounding rock breakage,low compressive strength and large deformation of surrounding rock in the deep buried tunnel with high in-situ stress,measures such as advanced geological prediction,smooth blasting,micro-step excavation,small conduit advanced support,improving the steel degree of initial support,lengthening anchor bolt and surrounding rock grouting are proposed.It effectively solves the difficult problem of large deformation control of broken surrounding rock under complex geological environment,achieves the purpose of reducing tunnel construction risk,improving construction quality and ensuring the life safety of construction personnel,in order to provide a valuable reference for the tunneling and supporting methods of similar tunnel engineering.
