摘 要:桥梁高墩柱直接暴露于自然环境,其不加修饰的特点需要混凝土表面具有较好外观质量和耐久性。如何采用良好的模板技术及脱模工艺使其达到清水混凝土标准具有重要意义。通过总结多年来模板技术发展及脱模工艺进展,系统归纳出不同材料模板优缺点及应用情况,组合模板将是混凝土工程应用的趋势。在不同材料模板使用中脱模剂被广泛应用,水性脱模剂具有较好的脱模效果,但脱模剂涂刷有其难于克服的缺陷。高墩柱模板及脱模工艺中新型模板及材料特别是聚四氟乙烯有着不粘黏和自润滑的天然优势,具有一定的发展前景。High pier columns of Bridges are exposed directly to the natural environment,and their unmodified characteristics require the concrete surface to have good appearance quality and durability.It is of great significance to adopt good formwork technology and demoulding technology to make it reach the standard of fair-faced concrete.By summarizing the development of formwork technology and demoulding process over the years,the advantages and disadvantages of different material formwork and its application are systematically summarized.The composite formwork will be the trend of concrete engineering application.Release agent is widely used in the use of different material template.Water-based release agent has better release effect,but release agent brushing has its insurmountable defects.High pier column formwork and new formwork and materials especially polytetrafluoroethylene in demoulding process have natural advantages of non-stick and self-lubrication and have certain development prospects.
