摘 要:远程集控正逐步成为流域水电站的主流管理模式,但大量生产实时信息的涌入却给集控中心带来了较大的运行监控难度。为解决信息浪涌中准确判断电站主要设备状态的难题,提出了基于声光报警的摘要监盘技术。通过研判管理需求,构建生产主要过程的监测模型,形成核心事件驱动的报警算法,输出声光报警,从而实现电力生产的摘要监视功能。实践表明,应急介入时间可提前至25 s以内,处置效率提升30%~75%,不安全事件的影响程度明显降低。Remote centralized control is gradually becoming the common mode of watershed hydropower stations,but the influx of massive production of real-time information has brought great difficulty on state monitoring of centralized control centers.In order to solve the problem of accurately judging the state of key equipments in power station in information surge,a summary monitor technology based on acousto-optic alarm is proposed.By studying and judging the management requirements,the monitoring model of the main production process has been constructed,the core event-driven alarm algorithm has been formed,and acousto-optic alarm has been output,so as to realize the summary monitoring function of power production.The practice indicated that the emergency intervention time is advanced to 25 s,the disposal efficiency is increased by 30%~75%,and the influence of unsafe events is significantly reduced.
