摘 要:针对燃煤机组不满足《东北区域发电厂并网运行管理实施细则》和《东北区域并网发电厂辅助服务管理实施细则》中关于自动发电控制各项考核指标的问题,对AGC负荷指令的生成控制策略进行研究,通过对协调控制系统逻辑分析以及不同工况下的参数对比,提出600 MW燃煤机组AGC控制策略优化方案。解决了一次调频动作与AGC动作方向一致时,实际负荷先反向动作再正向动作的问题,弱化了一次调频对AGC响应时间的作用,使机组在各个工况下均能满足调频调峰的要求。采用新的控制策略,机组考核量大幅减少,经济效益明显提高。According to coal-fired units being not satisfied with the problem that the automatic power generation control of various assessment indicators in Implementation Rules for Grid-Connected Operation Management of Northeast Power Plants and Implementation Rules for Auxiliary Services Management of Northeast Grid-Connected Power Plants,the generation control strategy of AGC load instruction is studied.A set of AGC control strategy solutions for 600 MW coal-fired thermal power units is put forward through logical analysis of coordinated control system and parameter comparison under different working conditions.It solves the problem that when the direction of primary frequency modulation is the same as that of AGC,the actual load moves in reverse and then in forward direction.It weakens the effect of primary frequency modulation on AGC response time,so that the unit can meet the requirements of frequency modulation and peak regulation under various working conditions.By adopting the new control strategy,the assessment quantity of the unit is greatly reduced,and the economic benefit is obviously improved.
