摘　　要：线损理论计算工作周期长、任务重、工作量大、覆盖范围广,具有较大的组织压力,需要采用先进的管理模式确保线损理论计算工作的圆满完成。介绍了蒙东公司线损理论计算工作的现状,提出多维立体管理树组织架构,并将多维立体管理树应用于线损理论计算工作中。通过所提管理方法使用前后线损理论计算工作完成情况的对比,验证了多维立体管理树组织架构的合理性及有效性。基于“多维立体管理树”的理论线损工作管理体系有效提高了线损理论计算工作效率,实现了人力资源的高效利用,同时提升线损理论计算的准确性和专业性,对电力企业的高质量发展和提升电力企业运营管理水平均具有重要意义。The theoretical calculation of line loss has long working cycle,heavy task,large workload and wide coverage,and has great organizational pressure.It is necessary to adopt advanced management mode to ensure the successful completion of the theoretical calculation of line loss.This paper introduces the current situation of line loss theoretical calculation in Mengdong company,puts forward the organizational structure of multi-dimensional management tree,and applies the multi-dimensional management tree to line loss theoretical calculation.Through the comparison of the completion of line loss theoretical calculation before and after the use of the proposed management method,the rationality and effectiveness of the organizational structure of multi-dimensional management tree are verified.The theoretical line loss management system based on the“multi-dimensional management tree”effectively improves the efficiency of line loss theoretical calculation,realizes the efficient utilization of human resources,and improves the accuracy and professionalism of line loss theoretical calculation,which is of great significance to the high-quality development of power enterprises and the operation and management level of power enterprises.
