法国介入印太安全:路径、动因与制约因素  

France’s Involvement in Indo-Pacific Security: Path, Motivation and Constraints

摘　　要：在大国竞逐印太背景下,法国也推出自身的“印太战略”,并将安全领域作为其介入印太事务的主要路径选择,目的是通过利用自身相对优势,加强对印太的战略参与,维护法国海外领土、公民安全以及经济战略利益,同时彰显法国及欧洲的战略自主,振兴法国的大国地位。从实施角度来看,法国以加强在印太军事存在为抓手,重视发挥海外领地的作用,同时借力欧洲对印太的参与,致力于打造多样化的印太安全合作伙伴关系。法国积极介入印太安全事务加剧了印太地缘战略环境与安全态势的复杂性,对中法关系也有一定的影响。但受多种因素的制约,法国介入印太安全事务短期内难有大的作为。In the context of great powers competing in the Indo-Pacific,France launched its own Indo-Pacific strategy and chose security as the main path for its involvement in the Indo-Pacific.The purpose is to strengthen France’s strategic participation in the Indo-Pacific with its comparative advantages,safeguard France’s overseas territories,security of citizens,economic strategic interests,and demonstrate the strategic independence of France and Europe to revitalize France as a great power.In implementation,France takes strengthening its military presence in the Indo-Pacific as a starting point,attaches importance to the role of its overseas territories,and at the same time,makes use of Europe’s participation in the Indo-Pacific to build a diversified Indo-Pacific security partnership.France’s active involvement in Indo-Pacific security has intensified the complexity of the Indo-Pacific geostrategic environment and security situation and has a certain impact on China-France relations.However,limited by many factors,it is difficult for France to make real impact in Indo-Pacific security affairs in short term.
