康复管理联合足部预防性措施对糖尿病并发足部病变患者的效果

摘　　要：目的对照分析康复管理联合足部预防性措施对糖尿病并发足部病变患者的效果。方法择取2019年5月至2021年5月糖尿病并发足部病变患者资料共120例,以等数分配法择取分组,将采用康复管理的患者(n=60)纳入对照组,采用康复管理联合足部预防性措施的患儿(n=60)纳入研究组,对比分析2组护理情况。结果研究组护理有效率为98.33%(59/60),高于对照组88.33%(53/60)(P<0.05);研究组护理后正中神经、胫后神经、腓神经、尺神经等神经传导速度均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后生理功能、心理/精神、社会关系、治疗、生存质量总分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病并发足部病变患者应用康复管理联合足部预防性措施的护理效果显著,患者经过护理后神经传导速度及不良情绪与生活质量得到有效改善,可推广。Objective To comparatively analyze the effects of rehabilitation management combined with foot preventive measures on foot lesions in patients with diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods The DM patients(n=120)with foot lesions from May 2019 to May 2021 were enrolled,the patients were equally assigned to receive rehabilitation management(control group)or rehabilitation management+foot preventive measures(research group),the nursing conditions of two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of nursing in the study group was 98.33%(59/60),being higher than that of 88.33%(53/60)in control group(P<0.05).The nerve conduction velocitys(NCVs)of median,posterior tibial,peroneal and ulnar in the study group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).HAMA and HAMD scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total scores of physiological function,psychology/vitality,social relationship,treatment and quality of life in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effects of rehabilitation management combined with foot preventive measures for foot lesions in DM patients are significant,providing NCVs,effectively improving adverse emotions and quality-of-life,being worthy of popularization.
