摘　　要：本文通过对英国战略科技力量主要构成进行梳理,总结了英国在加强国家战略科技力量建设,以及促进不同战略科技力量之间协同的经验,在此基础上,提出了强化我国国家战略科技力量、促进战略科技力量协同的相关建议。This paper summarizes the experience of the UK in strengthening the construction of strategic scientific and technological strength and promoting the synergy between different strategic scientific and technological strength by sorting out the main components of the UK’s strategic scientific and technological strength,and on this basis,puts forward suggestions to improve our strategic scientific and technological strength and promote the synergy of strategic scientific and technological strength.
