摘　　要：葡萄酒是弥勒市继烟、糖之后的又一大支柱产业。2012年1月,“弥勒葡萄”地理标志商标注册成功。葡萄种植业的兴起,带动了酿酒产业的产生。几十年间,当地涌现出多家成规模、具有代表性与知名度的酒庄,例如云南红酒庄和龙缘酒庄等企业。这次,我们邀请到云南红酒庄副总经理兼技术质量总监蔡建林,和红河龙缘葡萄酒业有限公司董事长李云飞,来了解弥勒市葡萄酒产业龙头企业在酿酒、文旅和电商三个方面的发展成果,并展望产业未来前景。In Maitreya city,the rise of the grape growing industry has led to the creation of a winemaking industry.Over the decades,a number of large-scale,representative and well-known wineries have emerged in the region,such as Yunnan Red Chateau and LONGYUAN Winery.This time,we invited Cai Jianlin,Deputy General Manager and Technical Qualty Director of Yunnan Red Chateau,and Li Yunfei,Chairman of the Board of Directors of LONGYUAN Winery,to learn about the achievements of the leading wine companies in Maitreya city in the areas of winemaking,cultural tourism and e-commerce,and to look at the future prospects of the industry.
