摘 要:为提升45钢轧后组织的均匀性和综合力学性能,利用热模拟试验机对45钢进行控轧控冷工艺模拟试验。通过单道次模拟轧制试验,研究45钢轧制过程中的动态再结晶行为,确定临界点及相变点,绘制试验钢的动态再结晶图及过冷奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线,完成45钢控轧控冷工艺窗口设计,为45钢控轧控冷工艺的制定提供可靠的理论依据。In order to improve the uniformity of microstructure and comprehensive mechanical properties of 45 steel after rolling, the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process simulation test was carried out by thermal simulation testing machine. Through single pass simulated rolling test, the dynamic recrystallization behavior of 45 steel during rolling process was studied, the critical point and phase transition point were determined, the dynamic recrystallization diagram of the test steel and the continuous cooling transformation curve of the supercooled austenite were drawn, and the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process window design of 45 steel was completed, which provided a reliable theoretical basis for the formulation of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process of 45 steel.
