摘  要:采用盲孔法对不同注水井油管进行残余应力测试,用电化学腐蚀测试及水接触角法结合的方式对油管进行腐蚀性能测试,对不同材料的油管进行性能评价。结果表明:镀渗钨合金油管、普通油管、玻璃纤维增强塑料油管、防垢油管的残余应力依次由大到小;玻璃纤维增强塑料油管、镀渗钨合金油管、防垢油管、普通油管的抗腐蚀性能依次由大到小。The residual stress of different water injection tubings was tested by blind hole method, and the corrosion performance of tubings was tested by electrochemical corrosion test and water contact angle method, and the performance of tubings with different materials was evaluated. The results show that the residual stress of coated tungsten alloy tubing, ordinary tubing, fiber glass reinforced plastic tubing and anti-scaling tubing decreased in turn. The corrosion resistance of fiber glass reinforced plastic tubing, coated tungsten alloy tubing, anti scaling tubing, and ordinary tubing was from high to low.
