摘  要:在拉伸试验过程中,不同的试样连接方式会对试验系统的整体刚度产生影响,在连续屈服阶段的应变速率会超出标准规定的允许误差范围,对试验数据也会产生一定的影响。采用对比试验的方法,可以有效地对横梁位移速率进行修正,并消除试验机刚度对拉伸试验的影响。所得结果可以提高拉伸试验机的工作效率。In the process of tensile test, different specimen connection modes would affect the overall stiffness of the test system, the strain rate in the continuous yield stage would exceed the allowable error range specified in the standard, and the test data would also be affected. By using the method of comparative test, the displacement rate of the beam could be effectively corrected, and the influence of the stiffness of the testing machine on the tensile test could be eliminated. The results could improve the working efficiency of the tensile testing machine.
