摘  要:某20G无缝钢管在服役一段时间后发生开裂,采用化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法分析其开裂原因。结果表明:该20G无缝钢管内表面发生严重脱碳,且脱碳原因与穿孔和连轧工艺有关。A 20G seamless steel pipe cracked after a period of service. The cracking reasons were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, electron microscope scanning and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that serious decarburization occured on the inner surface of the 20G seamless steel tube, and the decarburization reason was related to the piercing and continuous rolling process.
