摘  要:某高温过热器TP347H钢管焊接接头多次发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、扫描电子显微镜及能谱分析、力学性能测试和双环电化学动电位再活化法试验对其开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:TP347H钢管焊接接头开裂性质为晶间型应力腐蚀开裂,焊接时循环热导致的管材热影响区敏化以及焊接接头的残余应力是其开裂的主要原因。The welding joint of TP347H steel pipe of a high temperature superheater cracked several times. The cracking reasons were analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis, mechanical properties test and double-loop electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation method test. The results show that the cracking property of TP347H steel pipe welded joint was intergranular stress corrosion cracking. The main causes of cracking were the sensitization of pipe heat affected zone caused by circulating heat during welding and the residual stress of welded joint.
