摘 要:通过扫描电镜、电化学阻抗谱和电化学噪声和腐蚀测试,研究了铝青铜在静态海水、2m/s和4m/s海水泥浆下的冲刷腐蚀行为。结果表明:在静态海水中,腐蚀前期铝青铜表面以点蚀为主,腐蚀后期铝青铜表面腐蚀产物的积累使腐蚀性粒子传输困难,电化学腐蚀速率逐渐降低;在2m/s海水冲刷下,铝青铜表面点蚀较严重,腐蚀主要受扩散控制,腐蚀产物的脱落使其腐蚀速率增大;在4m/s海水冲刷下,腐蚀初期铝青铜表面以点蚀为主,受扩散影响,腐蚀后期,成核生长能量上升,铝青铜的腐蚀速率先降低后保持稳定。The erosion corrosion behaviors of an aluminum bronze in static seawater,2 m/s and 4 m/s seawater slurry were studied through scanning electron microscopy,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and electrochemical noise and corrosion tests.The results showed that in static seawater,the surface of aluminum bronze was mainly pitting in the early stage of corrosion,and the accumulation of corrosion products on the surface of aluminum bronze in the later stage made it difficult for corrosive particles to transport,and the electrochemical corrosion rate gradually decreased.Under 2 m/s seawater erosion,the surface pitting of aluminum bronze was serious,corrosion was mainly controlled by diffusion,and the corrosion rate increased due to the shedding of corrosion products.Under 4 m/s seawater erosion,the surface of aluminum bronze was mainly pitting in the initial stage of corrosion,and the energy of nucleation zone increased at the later stage of corrosion due to diffusion,and the corrosion rate of aluminum bronze firstly decreased and then remained stable.
