摘 要:聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐(PHMB)与马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯树脂(PE-g-MAH)发生加成聚合反应,制备一种抗菌母粒,将抗菌母粒加入聚乙烯(PE)膜的内层原料中,采用五层共挤薄膜成型方式,制备一种具有抗菌功能的PE阻隔膜,并对PE膜的阻隔性能和抗菌性能进行研究。结果表明:在催化剂作用下,PHMB与PE-g-MAH进行加成聚合反应,制备的抗菌母粒对PE膜的阻隔性能无显著影响。当抗菌母粒在PE膜内层原料组分中的加入比例超过30%时,PE膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率达到99.99%,对白色链球菌的抑制率达到99.9%。在恒温恒湿条件下,随着老化时间的延长,抗菌PE阻隔膜对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率逐步下降。An antibacterial masterbatch was prepared by addition polymerization of polyhexamethylene biguanide hydrochloride(PHMB) and maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene resin(PE-g-MAH). The antibacterial masterbatch was added to the inner raw material of polyethylene(PE) film, and a PE barrier film with antibacterial function was prepared by five-layer co-extrusion film forming method. The barrier properties and antibacterial properties of the PE film were studied. The results show that the antibacterial masterbatch prepared by addition polymerization of PHMB and PE-g-MAH under the action of catalyst has no significant effect on the barrier properties of PE film. When the proportion of antibacterial masterbatch in the inner raw material of PE film is more than 30%, the inhibition rate of PE film against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is 99.99%, and the inhibition rate against Streptococcus albus is 99.9%. Under constant temperature and humidity conditions, with the extension of aging time, the inhibition rate of antibacterial PE barrier membrane against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus decreased gradually.
