摘  要:采用熔融共混法得到聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二酯/聚乙醇酸(PBAT/PGA)共混材料,以超临界CO_(2)为发泡剂,通过间歇釜式发泡法得到发泡材料。研究PGA含量对共混体系结晶性能、流变性能和发泡行为的影响。结果表明:PGA和PBAT的相容性较差,随着PGA含量的升高,PBAT的结晶温度和熔融温度下降,体系的黏度升高。当PGA添加量为30.0%时,PBAT/PGA体系出现熔体拉伸断裂。随着PGA含量提高,泡体收缩率从66.9%降低到15.6%,得到明显改善。当PGA含量从0增至30.0%,泡孔尺寸由78μm降低至38μm,泡孔密度由1.9×10^(15)个/cm^(3)增加至1.1×10^(16)个/cm^(3)。Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate)/polyglycolic acid(PBAT/PGA) blends were prepared by melt blending. Foaming materials were obtained by batch foaming method with supercritical CO_(2) as foaming agent. The effects of PGA content on the crystallization, rheological properties and foaming behavior of the blends were studied. The results show that the compatibility of PGA and PBAT is poor. With the increase of PGA content, the crystallization temperature and melting temperature of PBAT decrease and the viscosity of the system increase. When the content of PGA is 30.0%, the PBAT/PGA system appears melt tensile fracture. With the increase of PGA content, the shrinkage rate of foam decrease from 66.9% to 15.6%, which is significantly improved. When the PGA content increase from 0 to 30.0%, the cell size decrease from 78 μm to 38 μm, and the cell density increase from 1.9×10^(15) cells/cm^(3) to 1.1×10^(16) cells/cm^(3).
