摘　　要：根据聚丙烯(PP)非织造布专用PP树脂原料的要求,通过对生产此专用料工艺路线的研究、工艺参数的优化,在英力士气相法PP工艺装置上,以不同熔体流动速率的PP粉料为基础树脂,使用不同的过氧化物,采用可控流变技术开发树脂产品S2040,分析了基础物性、分子结构、感官性、残留物、应用性等产品性能,并与进口同类产品(3155E3)性能进行对比。结果表明:以熔体流动速率为8 g/10min的PP粉料为基础树脂,加入过氧化物3,6,9-三甲基-1,4,7-三过氧壬烷降解生产S2040-4,所制备产品的综合性能与3155E3相当,分子质量分布较窄,可满足在医疗卫生制品领域行业的应用。According to the requirements of polypropylene(PP) resin raw materials for PP nonwovens, based on the research on the process route for producing this specific material and the optimization of process parameters, S2040 resin product was developed by using controlled rheological technology on INEOS gas phase PP process unit, taking PP powder with different melt index as the basic resin and using different peroxides. The basic physical properties, molecular structure, sensory properties, residues, application of the product were analyzed and compared with the properties of imported similar products(3155E3). The results show that PP powder with melt flow rate of 8 g/10min is used as the base resin, and peroxide 3, 6, 9-trimethyl-1, 4, 7-triperoxynonane is added for degradation to produce S2040-4. The overall performance of the prepared product is comparable to that of 3155E3, and the molecular weight distribution is narrow,which can be used in medical and health products.
