摘  要:为能够切实提升阳离子絮凝剂自身絮凝性能,选用阳离子疏水表面活性单体DBC与亲水单体A12Na作为络合剂,利用AIBN与APS-NaHSO3作为复合引发剂,通过水溶性聚合法制备出一种新型阳离子聚丙凝剂P(AM-DBC)(PAD)。该工艺操作简单,不需要加入其他模板及界面活性剂,转化效率较高。单因子试验发现,PAD的特征黏性为1018.7 mL·g^(-1),单体摩尔比为4.0,反应温度为60℃,EDTA-2Na含量为0.5%。利用反应表面方法建立Box-Behnken模式,对试验条件进行了最优,并在此基础上对试验数据进行了校正。结果表明,在42%的总单体含量,0.56%的EDTA-2Na, pH=4和60℃反应温度下,可以获得1 027.1 mL·g^(-1)。所制得的PAD具有良好物理力学性质与好工业应用前景,适用于含油类污水治理。In order to effectively improve the self-flocculating performance of cationic flocculants, selecting cationic hydrophobic surfactant DBC and hydrophilic monomer A12Na as complexing agents, and using AIBN and APS-NaHSO3as composite initiators,a new cationic polypropyl coagulant P(AM-DBC)(PAD)was prepared by water-soluble polymerization method. The process is simple to operate, no need to add other templates and surfactants, the conversion efficiency is high. The single factor test showed that the characteristic viscosity of PAD was 1 018.7 mL·g^(-1), the molar ratio of monomer was 4.0, the reaction temperature was 60 ℃, and the content of EDTA-2Na was 0.5%. The Box-Behnken model was established by the reaction surface method, and the test conditions were optimized. On this basis, the test data were corrected. The results showed that the characteristic viscosity of 1 027.1 mL·g^(-1)were obtained at 42% total monomer content, 0.56% EDTA-2Na, pH=4 and 60 ℃. The PAD has good physical and mechanical properties and good industrial application prospect, which is suitable for the treatment of oily sewage.
