摘 要:现如今由于原油、煤炭开发过快,导致世界能源短缺,市场价格不稳,对环境的污染较大,生物甲烷具有减排、节能、高效利用的特点,国内早期就对相关产业开始开发利用。据相关研究表明,甲烷气体对温室效应的贡献是等量二氧化碳的25倍,因此沼气净化是一项极具前景性的研究方向。采用ProⅡ9.4软件对沼气用高压水吸收净化过程进行了模拟研究。选用DISTILATION单元操作模型,选用NRTL热力学性质计算方法,对板式吸收塔的理论塔板数进行初步设计,并在一定条件下讨论了不同理论塔板数对应的净化气体含量,以及不同温度下的净化效果。At present, due to the rapid development of crude oil and coal,the world is short of energy, the market price is unstable,and the environment is seriously polluted. According to relevant studies,the contribution of methane gas to the greenhouse effect is 25 times that of the same amount of carbon dioxide, so biogas purification is a very promising research direction. In this article, the absorption and purification process of high-pressure water for biogas was simulated by ProⅡ9.4 software. With the operation model of DISTILATION unit and the calculation method of NRTL thermodynamic properties, the theoretical plate number of plate absorber was preliminarily designed. Under certain conditions, the purification gas content corresponding to different theoretical plate numbers and the purification effect at different temperatures were discussed.
