摘  要:生产污水作为海上油田主要的废弃排放物之一,被处理合格后直接排海或回注地层,其处理效果关系重大,因此受到严格控制。污水处理效果的影响因素因采用设备、工艺不同而有差别,本文通过介绍两种常用的污水处理工艺,采用节点分析法,从污水处理系统的单个设备入手,分析了影响污水处理效果的影响因素,并结合流程设备实际运行情况,提出了海上石油平台常用提升水质的处理方法,取得了较为明显的效果。As one of the main waste discharges from offshore oil fields, production sewage is directly discharged into the sea or reinjected into the formation after being treated as qualified. Its treatment effect is of great importance, so it is strictly controlled. The influencing factors of sewage treatment effect are different due to different equipments and processes. In this paper, two commonly used sewage treatment processes were introduced, the influencing factors of sewage treatment effect were analyzed from a single equipment of the sewage treatment system by using the node analysis method, and the common treatment methods for improving water quality of offshore oil platforms in combination with the actual operation of process equipment were puts forward, and obvious results were achieved.
