摘 要:如何高效、合理地利用焦炉煤气是关系环保、资源综合利用、节能减排的重大课题。焦炉煤气的有效回收的途径之一就是制备甲醇,焦炉煤气制甲醇工艺不仅降低污染而且提高资源利用率。分析讨论了焦炉煤气制备甲醇工艺的必要性和经济性,并对其工艺原理、工艺流程等方面进行介绍,可为焦煤行业回收焦炉煤气增加经济收益提供参考与借鉴。How to use coke oven gas efficiently and reasonably is a major issue related to environmental protection, comprehensive utilization of resources, energy saving and emission reduction. One of the effective ways to recover coke oven gas is to prepare methanol, which not only reduces pollution but also improves resource utilization rate. In this paper, the necessity and economy of the process of preparing methanol from coke oven gas were analyzed, and its process principle and process flow were introduced,which could provide reference for coking coal industry to recover coke oven gas and increase economic benefits.
