摘　　要：介绍了浙江石油化工有限公司二期350万t·a^(-1)柴油加氢裂化装置HXB双壳体多级高压离心泵(二段加氢进料泵)机械密封冲洗系统介质改造的情况。针对离心泵机械密封使用中泄漏问题、机械密封拆解以及机械密封冲洗系统介质改造后的运行等提出了可行性意见及大量实践数据,通过对HXB双壳体多级高压离心泵机械密封冲洗系统介质的改造,进一步保证设备长期稳定运行。The medium transformation of mechanical seal flushing system of HXB double-shell multistage high-pressure centrifugal pump (second-stage hydrogenation feed pump) in the second-stage 3.5 Mt·a^(-1) diesel hydrocracking unit of Zhejiang Petrochemical Company Limited was introduced.In view of the leakage problem of centrifugal pump mechanical seal in use,disassembly of mechanical seal and operation of mechanical seal flushing system after medium modification,t feasible opinions and a large amount of practical data were put forward.Through medium modification of mechanical seal flushing system of HXB double-shell multistage high-pressure centrifugal pump,the long-term stable operation of equipment was further ensured.
