摘　　要：针对5×××系铝合金生产过程出现的热轧开裂、表面粗糙、起皮、色差等质量问题。通过优化生产工艺,去掉了铣面工序,增加了热脱皮工序,解决了5×××系铝合金中热轧开裂、表面粗糙等质量问题,提高了产品成品率,降低了成本,增加了经济效益。Hot rolling cracking,surface roughness,peeling,color difference and other quality problems exist in the production process of 5×××series aluminum alloy.Through optimizing production process,removing scalping procedure,and adding hot peeling process,the hot rolling cracking,surface roughness and other quality problems were solved,the product yield was improved,the cost was reduced,and the economic benefits were increased.
