摘 要:研究了去应力退火对TC4钛合金丝材拉伸变形行为与力学性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜,揭示了TC4钛合金丝材拉伸断口形貌特征。结果表明:TC4钛合金丝材的拉伸应力应变曲线呈现连续屈服特征;随退火温度升高,TC4钛合金丝材的加工硬化率由连续降低转变为台阶式降低,其降低趋势变缓;退火温度为600℃时,TC4钛合金丝材的伸长率最高,为11.3%。The effect of stress-relieving annealing on tensile deformation behavior and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy wire was studied. The characteristics of tensile fracture morphology of TC4 titanium alloy wire was revealed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the tensile stress-strain curve of TC4 titanium alloy wire presents a continuous yield characteristic. With the increase of annealing temperature, the strain hardening curve of TC4 titanium alloy wire changes from continuous decrease to a step-by-step decrease, and the decreasing trend becomes slow. When the annealing temperature reaches 600 ℃, the elongation of TC4 titanium alloy wire is the highest, which is 11.3%.
