摘  要:以鸡血藤总黄酮含量为检测指标,采取正交设计方法考察提取时间、提取次数、料液比对鸡血藤总黄酮含量的影响情况,得到最佳提取工艺,即在70%乙醇条件下,料液比为1∶10 g·mL^(-1),提取次数为1次,水浴回流提取3 h。以鸡血藤总黄酮的吸附量和解析率为检测指标,筛选最佳上样浓度、最佳洗脱溶剂、最佳上样流速和最佳洗脱流速。在最佳吸附解析条件下,鸡血藤总黄酮质量分数从13.7%提高到32.6%。Taking the total flavone content of Caulis Spatholobi as index, the effects of extracting time and times and material liquid ratio were selected by orthogonal optimized. The best extraction process was obtained as follows: under the condition of 70% ethanol, the material liquid ratio was 1∶10 g·mL^(-1), the extraction times was once, and the water bath reflux extraction was 3 h. The optimum loading concentration, elution solvent, loading flow rate and elution flow rate were selected by using the adsorption capacity and resolution rate of total flavonoids of Caulis Spatholobi as detection indexes. Under the optimum adsorption and analysis conditions, the average content of total flavonoids in Caulis Spatholobi was increased from 13.7% to 32.6%.
