摘  要:本文主要讨论了异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)单体改性环氧树脂制备环氧乳液的条件及其对以此制备的水性环氧防腐底漆的性能影响。实验研究表明,IPDI与E51环氧树脂的反应温度在80℃时,反应2 h可使绝大部分的-NCO参与反应,当加入E51环氧树脂总量12.5%的IPDI时,通过非离子乳化剂及离子乳化剂配合乳化,制得乳液粒径及稳定性最佳,当浆料与乳液调和配比为9:10(浆料:乳液)时,以此制备的防腐底漆漆膜的弯曲性能、耐湿热性能及耐盐雾性能最好。The conditions of epoxy resin modified by isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) to prepare epoxy emulsion was mainly discussed, and this emulsion was used to prepare waterborne epoxy anti-corrosion primer and its performance. Experimental studies showed that when the reaction temperature of IPDI and E51 was 80 ℃,-NCO groups can be completely reacted within 2 h. When adding IPDI accounting for 12.5% of the total amount of E51 epoxy resin, the particle size and stability of the obtained emulsion were the best after emulsification with non-ionic emulsifier and ionic emulsifier, when the mixing ratio of slurry and emulsion was 9:10(slurry: emulsion), the anti-corrosion primer film obtained in this way had the best bending performance, heat and humidity resistance and salt spray resistance.
