摘  要:通过万能试验机、DSC、流变仪等测试优化前后PA66配方a和配方b的物理性、结晶和流变性能。结果表明:优化前后配方物理性能无大的变化,均符合产品要求;配方b非等温结晶峰面积略微变小,峰整体向低温偏移;而235℃等温结晶峰面积下降明显,平衡熔点较低;流变结果表明优化后分子链缠结更容易产生和消亡且粘数整体下降。综上分析认为配方b分子量分布较宽,粘数较低,结晶过程中缠结易形成,结晶释放的能量较少,生产中成型更快。The mechanical properties, DSC, rheological properties of formula a and formula b were tested by universal testing machine, DSC and rotary rheometer. The results showed that the mechanical properties of formulas did not change greatly before and after optimization, each formula met the product requirements, after optimization, the area of non isothermal crystallization peak decreases slightly and the crystallization peak shifts to low temperature. The area of isothermal crystallization peak decreased obviously at 235 ℃ and the equilibrium melting point was also lower. The rheological results showed that the micro molecular chain entanglement was easier to produce and die out after optimization, which showed that the macro viscosity decreased as a whole. To sum up, it was considered that the optimized formula had wide molecular weight distribution and low viscosity, was easier to form entanglement during cooling crystallization, less energy released in crystallization, and showed faster forming rate in production.
