摘 要:研究了混凝-微电解-Fenton联合预处理木材加工废水,通过单因素与正交试验考察了混凝剂投加量、反应时间、填料投加量、曝气量、双氧水投加量等因素对于处理效果的影响,并确定了最佳反应条件。结果表明,在PAC投加量700 ppm时,混凝过程对于COD的最佳去除率为42%。正交实验表明反应时间对于COD去除率果影响较大,在HRT=3 h,填料量40%,曝气量20 mL/min, Fe^(2+)与H_(2)O_(2)摩尔比为2的条件下,处理效果最佳,COD去除率达到46%以上。The pretreatment of wood processing wastewater by coagulation micro-electrolysis Fenton was studied. The effects of coagulant dosage, reaction time, filler dosage, aeration rate and hydrogen peroxide dosage on the treatment effect were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments, and the optimal reaction conditions were determined. The results showed that the removal rate of COD by coagulation was as high as 42% when PAC dosage was 700 ppm. The orthogonal experiment showed that the reaction time has a great influence on the COD removal rate. Under the conditions of HRT=3 h, packing amount of 40%, aeration amountd 20 mL/min, Fe^(2+) and H_(2)O_(2)molar ratio of 2, the treatment effect was the best, and the COD removal rate reaches more than of 46%.
