摘 要:染料废水排量大,范围广,有毒物质含量高,不容易降解,渐渐成为了水处理的难点。以碱改性沸石作为吸附剂,通过单一变量的静态吸附试验,研究在不同环境因素综合影响下,改性沸石对工业染料废水中亚甲基蓝的静态吸附性能。试验结果表明,改性沸石对废水中的亚甲基蓝有很好的吸附效果。当亚甲基蓝浓度为0.2 g/L时、将5.5 g改性沸石加入到50 mL亚甲基蓝中、吸附作用时间为80 min、吸附温度为30℃时,为最佳吸附作用条件,吸附率为81.56%。Dye wastewater has become a difficulty in water treatment because of its large displacement, wide range, high content of toxic substances and difficult degradation. Using alkali modified zeolite as adsorbent, the static adsorption performance of modified zeolite for methylene blue in wastewater under the comprehensive influence of different environmental factors was studied through single variable static adsorption test. The results showed that the modified zeolite had a good adsorption effect on methylene blue. When the concentration of methylene blue was 0.2 g/L, 5.5 g modified zeolite was added to 50 mL solution, the adsorption time was 80 min and the adsorption temperature was 30 ℃, the optimum adsorption condition was obtained, and the adsorption rate was 81.56%.
