摘 要:炸药制备及重结晶过程,会产生大量的含炸药废溶剂。从节约能源、保护环境、降低成本等方面出发,需将废溶剂进行回收再利用。通过采用高真空蒸馏技术处理含炸药的废溶剂,可大幅度提高溶剂回收的安全性、可靠性及经济性。本文较详细地介绍了蒸馏过程的高真空控制、蒸馏系统保压、体系泄压及自动联锁控制等方面内容,为后续相关废溶剂的回收利用奠定了基础。Explosives preparation and recrystallization process will produce large amounts of waste solvents containing explosives. To save energy, protrect the environment and reduce the cost, the waste solvent should be used for recycling. The safety, reliability and economy of the solvent recovery can be greatly improved by using the high vacuum distillation technology to deal with the waste solvent containing explosives. The high vacuum control of distillation process, the pressure holding system, the system pressure relief and automatic control interlock, and so on, were introduced in detail, which laid the foundaing for the recovery and utilization of the related waste solvent.
