摘 要:通过对2021年B市销售的农产品进行采样检测分析,了解B市农产品质量安全状况。结果发现,在B市共采集农产品样品1706批次,其中有1618批合格样品,88批次不合格;样品合格率为94.84%,其中蔬菜类、水产品类和鲜蛋类的合格率较低;检出非食用(禁用)物质、污染物超标在蔬菜上的风险隐患较大。B市食用农产品质量相对安全,建议加强种植者、养殖者和销售者在生产和流通过程中的质量和法律意识,有关部门加强源头和销售过程的监管和整治,进一步提升食用农产品的质量安全,降低危险系数。Through sampling,testing and analysis of agricultural products sold in B city in 2021,we can understand the quality and safety status of agricultural products in B city.A total of 1706 batches of agricultural products were collected in B city,among which 1618 batches of qualified samples and 88 batches of unqualified samples were collected,with a qualified rate of 94.84%,among which the qualified rates of vegetables,aquatic products and fresh eggs were relatively low.The detection results showed that non-edible(prohibited)substances and pollutants exceeded the standard on the vegetable risk is larger.The quality of edible agricultural products in city B is relatively safe.It is suggested to strengthen the quality and legal awareness of growers,breeders and sellers in the production and circulation process.Relevant departments should strengthen the supervision and rectification of the source and sales process to further improve the quality and safety level of edible agricultural products and reduce the risk factor.
