摘 要:目前在铁路噪声领域的研究中,采用阻尼材料对车轮进行表面处理的方法是一种较为合理的降噪措施,但是阻尼装置往往因为体积、稳定性和安装难度等问题难以应用于实际工作。采用在车轮表面进行阻尼材料贴附的方式相对安装阻尼装置具有更实际的研究意义。这里针对城市列车915mmS型辐板标准车轮,在其辐板表面执行一种轻型的阻尼表面处理方式,并设计全敷设和环形敷设阻尼材料两种敷设方案。通过有限元软件仿真计算,分析在中低频率段,阻尼处理前后车轮的固有频率及声辐射数值特性,对比分析这两种处理方式对于车轮各模态处声辐射特性的影响,提出可靠性更佳的敷设方案。At present,in the research of railway noise field,the method of surface treatment of wheels with damping materials is a more reasonable noise reduction measure.But the damping devices are often difficult to apply to practical work because of problems such as volume,stability and installation difficulty.Laying damping materials onto wheels is more feasible than putting damping device.A light damping surface treatment method is performed on the spokes surface of the standard wheels of 915mmS type spokes of urban trains,and two laying schemes of full laying and ring laying damping materials are designed.By finite element software,It analyzes the sound radiation power level numerical characteristics of the wheels before and after the damping treatment in the middle and low frequency bands,compare the effect of the two treatment methods on the sound radiation characteristics on each mode of the wheel,and propose a more reliable laying damping scheme.
