摘　　要：对现有CAD/CAE集成技术进行了研究,分析和总结了CAD/CAE集成方法。针对目前CAD/CAE集成方法自动化程度不高、数据单向传递、设计效率低等问题,提出了一种基于Txt和Excel中心数据库的CAD/CAE集成方法。该方法使得数据可以双向传递,避免了几何模型在不同软件之间传递的原有数据丢失问题。尤其对定制产品在快速建模和校核一体化系统开发上,该方法为实现系统开发提供了可能。以某离合器零件从动片内环疲劳分析为例,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,对其他机械零件性能优化系统的开发提供了指导意义。The existingCAD/CAE integration technologies were studied,and the CAD/CAE integration methods were analyzed and summarized.Aiming at the problems of the current CAD/CAE integration methods,such as low automation,one-way data transmission and low design efficiency.A CAD/CAE integration method based on Txt and Excel central database was proposed.This method enables data to be transferred in both directions,avoiding the original data loss problem of geometric models transferring between different software.Especially for the development of an integrated system of rapid modeling and verification for customized products,this method provides the possibility for system development.Taking the fatigue analysis of the inner ring of the driven plate of a clutch part as an example,the effectiveness and feasibility of this method were verified,and it provides guidance for the development of other mechanical parts performance optimization systems.
