摘　　要：由于目前的插件技术大多是手工作业,因此造成了实装效果较低和人工成本高等问题。市场上虽已经研制出较先进的插件自动装置,但由于设备生产成本过高,再加上在PCBA上有贴片器件的情况下,如插件振动很大,就容易产生插件弯脚损伤焊盘和周围元器件的问题,于是又研制了立式插片机,使器件生产质量改善,成本减少,生产现场的作业流程更简化,节约了设备空间。Since most of the current plug-in technology is manual work,it also causes the problems of low installation effect and high labor cost.Although more advanced plug-in automatic devices have been developed on the market,due to the high production cost of the equipment and the presence of SMD devices on the PCBA,if the plug-in vibrates a lot,it is easy to cause the plug-in to bend and damage the pad.Therefore,a vertical chip inserter was developed to improve the quality of device production,reduce costs,simplify the operation process on the production site,and save equipment space.
