摘　　要：水轮机调速器是水轮发电机组的主要控制设备,调速器性能决定了机组调节性能,同时还关系到水轮发电机组的开关机时间,是影响机组安全稳定运行的重要设备。通过查找水轮机调速器电气、机械部位存在的异常,快速分析和处理水轮机调速器存在的故障,为水轮机调速器故障处理提供实践案例,提高水轮机调速器故障解决能力,改善调速器综合性能,保证了水轮机发电机组的安全稳定运行。The turbine governor is the main control equipment of the hydro-generator set.The performance of the governor determines the adjustment performance of the unit,and is also related to the on-off time of the hydro-generator unit.It is an important device that affects the safe and stable operation of the unit.By looking for abnormalities in the electrical and mechanical parts of the turbine governor,quickly analyze and deal with the faults of the turbine governor,provide practical cases for the troubleshooting of the turbine governor,improve the troubleshooting ability of the turbine governor,and improve the governor.The comprehensive performance ensures the safe and stable operation of the hydro turbine generator set.
