摘  要:在配电网智能化水平不断提升、客户用电范围不断拓展等因素的共同作用下,客户违规用电的情况也在逐渐增多,使得传统窃电证据监管系统中存在的滞后性、盲目性以及片面性等问题也在凸显,很难实现规范客户用电行为、维护供电企业合法权益等管理目的。电子证据提取与收集系统,具有智能化水平高、监测结果精准、可直接将证据作为法律依据等优势,有效解决了窃电证据在获取、传输、保存、分析以及使用等方面存在的问题。基于此,系统总结了智能化电子证据提取与收集系统的关键技术和组成架构。Under the combined effect of factors such as the continuous improvement of the intelligence level of the distribution network and the continuous expansion of the customer's electricity consumption range,the illegal electricity consumption of customers is gradually increasing,which makes the traditional electricity theft evidence supervision system lag and blind.Problems such as sexuality and one-sidedness are also emerging,and it is difficult to achieve management purposes such as regulating customers'electricity consumption behavior and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of power supply companies.The electronic evidence extraction and collection system introduced in this article has the advantages of high level of intelligence,accurate monitoring results,and can directly use evidence as a legal basis.existing problems.On the basis of referring to the previous research results,the article systematically summarizes the key technologies and components of the intelligent electronic evidence extraction and collection system.
