摘  要:电解铝在生产过程中会产生大量的烟气,烟气中存在的二氧化硫会对大气造成严重影响。本文首先简单介绍了电解铝中二氧化硫的来源,其次详细分析了石灰石-石膏湿法、石灰-石膏半干法、氨-硫酸铵法等5种工艺技术,并根据企业运行状况对比分析电解铝烟气净化排放工艺技术,选择出最优的脱硫方案。Electrolytic aluminum will produce a large amount of flue gas in the production process,and the sulfur dioxide existing in the flue gas will cause a serious impact on the atmosphere.In this paper,the first briefly introduces the source of sulfur dioxide in electrolytic aluminum analysis,lists the second detailed analysis including limestone-gypsum wet method,lime-gypsum semi-dry method,ammonia-ammonium sulfate method,five technology,finally and comparative analysis according to the enterprise running condition of electrolytic aluminum flue gas purification emissions of several technology comparative analysis,and according to the actual operation of the enterprise condition,select the optimal desulfurization scheme.
