摘 要:目前国内镁合金复杂铸件用型芯材料主要是树脂砂芯,用树脂砂造型生产的带复杂油路的镁合金铸件,油路直径较小、结构曲折蜿蜒,铸造合格率和生产率低、铸件清理时间长,主要原因是复杂型芯的成型和低温溃散性差,铸件铸后清理过程复杂、周期长,铸件出砂后油路内的树脂砂清理难度极大,型芯清理技术的效率不高,严重影响了批量产品的交付进度,通过改进油路清理工艺,在传统的物理清理基础上,结合镁合金表面处理工艺原理,增加化学清理,有效的解决了镁合金铸件油路粘砂严重、油路清理难、油路清理效率低下等问题,在减小了清理劳动量的同时又得到了更优质的油路质量。At present,the core material for complex magnesium alloy castings in China is mainly resin sand core.The magnesium alloy castings with complex oil passages produced by resin sand molding have small oil passage diameter,tortuous structure,low casting qualification rate and productivity,and long cleaning time.The main reasons are that the complex core is poor in molding and low-temperature collapsibility,the cleaning process of castings after casting is complicated and the period is long,the cleaning of resin sand in oil passages after casting is extremely difficult,and the efficiency of core cleaning technology is not high.The delivery progress of batch products is seriously affected.By improving the oil cleaning process,combining with the principle of magnesium alloy surface treatment process on the basis of traditional physical cleaning,chemical cleaning is added,which effectively solves the problems of serious sand sticking,difficult oil cleaning and low oil cleaning efficiency of magnesium alloy castings,and reduces the amount of cleaning labor while obtaining better oil quality.
