摘　　要：文章介绍了碟簧式液压锁紧机构在宽厚板生产线滚切式圆盘剪系统中的安装应用,分析锁紧油缸的工作原理及碟簧正确组装方式,为滚切式圆盘剪移动机架在工作状态下出现跑偏的可能原因提供了相应的分析方向,为滚切式圆盘剪移动机架的跑偏与晃动问题提供了多种解决策略。This paper introduces the installation and application of the disc spring hydraulic locking mechanism in the rolling disc shear system of the wide and thick plate production line,the correct assembly method of the disc spring of the locking cylinder and the working principle of the locking cylinder,which provides the corresponding analysis way and direction for the possible causes of the deviation of the rolling disc shear moving frame under the working state,and provides a variety of solutions to the deviation and shaking of the rolling disc shear moving frame.
