摘　　要：我国煤炭资源十分紧张,企业为了降低生产成本,提高自身的经济效益,购入一些劣质的煤炭进行燃烧,在实际过程中由于锅炉的床温度较高,水分较大,煤的粘性增大,导致煤的流动性不强,落煤管的管路阀门过多等因素的出现,使得落煤管经常发生堵煤的情况。为了保证锅炉能够正常运转,文章对落煤管堵煤的原因进行了分析,并提出解决的方案和具体实施的措施。My country's coal resources are very tight.In order to reduce production costs and improve their own economic benefits,enterprises purchase some inferior coal for combustion.In the actual process,due to the high temperature of the boiler bed and the high moisture content,the viscosity of the coal increases.,resulting in poor fluidity of the coal,too many pipeline valves in the coal drop pipe,etc.,which makes the coal drop pipe often block coal.In order to ensure the normal operation of the boiler,the article analyzes the causes of coal blocking in the falling coal pipe,and proposes solutions and specific measures.
