摘  要:自由曲面光学透镜注射成形偏差对其光学特性将产生直接负面影响。在注射成形过程中,与注入加工参数配合度的好坏,将直接威胁成形偏差的严重程度。为得到高度精密性的激光器件,就热塑性塑料的注入环境温度、模型环境温度、注入压强、保持压力和保持持续时间等重要技术参数,对注射成型误差的危害展开了全面分析,并得到了试验证明。分析结果显示:合理提高了注入环境温度和模型环境温度,并且通过高压注射、高温保持或反高速保持等工序,可明显减小注入材料的体积收缩率,从而显著增加了面形精密性,其光学应用表面面形偏差均低于0.1μm。可为喷涂工艺设计提出了合理的依据。The injection molding deviation of free-form optical lens will have a direct negative impact on its optical properties.In the process of injection molding,the degree of coordination with the injection processing parameters will directly threaten the severity of the forming deviation.In order to obtain a highly precise laser device,a comprehensive analysis of the hazards of injection molding errors was carried out on the important technical parameters such as the injection environment temperature,model environment temperature,injection pressure,holding pressure and holding duration of thermoplastics,and the experiments were carried out.prove.The analysis results show that the injection ambient temperature and the model ambient temperature are reasonably increased,and the volume shrinkage rate of the injected material can be significantly reduced by high-pressure injection,high-temperature holding or anti-highspeed holding and other processes,thereby significantly increasing the surface shape precision.The surface shape deviation of optical application is less than 0.1μm.It can provide a reasonable basis for spraying process design.
