职业稳定性对美好生活向往的影响——以骑手为例

摘　　要：职业是实现个人发展和追求美好生活的重要途径。新业态下骑手职业群体的发展受到社会的广泛关注。本研究使用定性与定量相结合的研究方法,在案例访谈的基础上运用全国新职业青年调查所获得的数据,对专职骑手和兼职骑手进行比较研究,并使用回归模型分析职业稳定性对骑手美好生活向往的影响。研究发现:专职骑手和兼职骑手在职业收入与保障、择业动机、职业流动情况、职业认同度、城市归属感等方面存在差异;同时,职业稳定性对骑手生活预期和职业发展预期均存在显著影响。基于研究结果,本文就骑手的职业稳定性进行讨论。Career development is an important foundation for personal development and the pursuit of a better life. Under the new form of employment,takeaway riders’ career development has received widespread attention from the society. Based on interviews and data obtained from the Chinese New Occupational Youth Survey,this study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods,compares full-time riders and part-time riders,and uses a regression model to analyze the impact of career stability on riders’ wish for a good life. The study finds that there are significant differences between full-time riders and part-time riders in terms of income,job security,job motivation,career mobility,career identity,and sense of belonging to the city,etc. Career stability has a significant effect on riders’ life expectations and career development expectations. Based on the research results,this paper discusses how to improve takeaway riders’ job stability.
